At the primary stage we arrange few meetings with the competent representatives of our honorable customers to categorize the customers’ requirements, eligibility, budget and others. Based the categorized information and tentative costs of insurance benefits, together we fix up the Primary Benefits Package of the Insurance Benefits including Group Life, Accidental Death & Disabilities, Hospitalization, Maternity, OPD, Dental, Optical, Critical Illness, and more. Then we request 3/4 insurance companies to submit their complete technical and commercial proposals for the pre-fixed package. At this stage we ensure the following issues:

1. Each insurance company submits it’s technical and commercial proposal on the same pre-fixed benefits package. This will help us comparing appropriate insurance package for our customers’ employees;
2. Each company must propose the benefits package at it’s best price which enable us selecting the best insurance provider at the possibly lowest cost;
3. We shortlist 3 best insurance providers based on their quoted rates, benefits structure, their experience and market review;
4. We arrange face to face negotiation among the representatives of GoodHope, our clients and the insurance companies to get the further best benefits package at the
   best rates. Finally, we submit the comparison worksheet of premium rates & benefits proposed by 3 companies along with our recommendations for taking final decision to our client organization.
5. Upon selection of the insurance provider we coordinate our client reviewing the Insurance Policy Contract to ensure a very good deal. If necessary, we collect all legal documents of the selected insurance company and provide these to the client to assess their legal entity in insurance business in Bangladesh.
